1976 Buys his first Canon Ftb camera. · 1977 Sets up his first black-and-white photographic laboratory. · 1984 Acquires his first Rolleiflex 2.8F twin-lens medium-format camera, which becomes his favorite. · 1986 Publishes his first commissioned photograph in La Luna de Madrid. · 1987 Together with two friends, sets up a photographic studio. The group dissolves a year and a half later. · 1988 Begins collaborating with the magazine Ajoblanco. · 1989 Opens a black-and-white laboratory providing services to professional photographers, while continuing his own work as an author. · 1991 Publishes the series “A pie de calle” in the press for the first time, in El Mundo’s Magazine Semanal, with a text by Francisco Umbral. · 1993 Holds his first solo exhibition in a commercial gallery, the result of his first trip to India. · 1994 Begins his collaboration with the monthly magazine El Europeo. He meets Bernard Plossu, with whom he establishes a strong professional and personal relationship. · 1994 First sale to a private collection: Gabriel Cualladó. He frequents the studio of Javier Campano and Mauricio d’Ors, with whom he publishes his first artist’s book, “Tarde de Toros”. · 1997 Bernard Plossu, his greatest mentor, proposes that he exhibit in France and Portugal. · 1998 Produces his first audiovisual work for the presentation of the new headquarters of the publishing house La Fábrica. · 1999 Publishes a volume in the PhotoBolsillo collection devoted to Madrid photographers. · 2001 Second trip to India. Attends the Hindu festival Maha Kumbha Mela in Allahabad. Receives the Community of Madrid Photography Prize in its first edition. · 2003 Appointed associate professor of photography at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca (2003–2005). · 2005 Awarded the Endesa Photography Grant. · 2006 At the invitation of the Museo das Peregrinacions of Santiago de Compostela, exhibits and publishes his work on Benares. · 2007 In connection with the Endesa Grant, decides to travel to Beijing (China) and begin a series on the capital and its people, prompted by the profound transformation anticipated ahead of the Olympic Games. La Universidad de Valencia, together with Plossu, offers him the opportunity to produce a vision of the city, which is exhibited with a catalogue at the Col·legi Mayor Dr. Peset. · 2008 Invited to an artist residency by Galerie La Non Maison in Aix-en-Provence to produce a photographic report on the city of Marseille. · 2009 The Teruel Museum commissions him to produce the third volume of its editorial initiative Ideas de Arte, which is also exhibited. · 2010 Travels to Beijing for the second time. Publishes a volume in the newly launched collection of contemporary Spanish photographers with Lunwerg. · 2011 Opens the new gallery of the Man Ray School of Photography with an exhibition, accompanied by a catalogue. · 2012 Third trip to Beijing. · 2013 Second trip to India to attend the Hindu festival Maha Kumbha Mela.
