Purpose
These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of works, photographs, publications and other products offered through the Website, as well as the purchase, payment, shipping and, where applicable, return process.
Purchase Process
Product selection
The user may select the products available on the Website and add them to the shopping cart. Before confirming the order, the user may review the cart summary and modify or remove products.
Buyer’s details
To complete the order, the user must provide true and complete information (name, shipping address, email address, etc.). The Seller shall not be liable for delivery errors arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the buyer.
Order confirmation
Once payment has been made, the user will receive an order confirmation email with a summary of the purchase. This confirmation does not imply final acceptance of the order if there are obvious errors (for example, clearly incorrect prices due to a technical failure).
Prices and Payment Methods
Prices
Product prices are displayed on the Website and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs will be indicated separately before completing the purchase.

Unless indicated otherwise, all prices are expressed in euros (EUR).
Payment methods
The available payment methods will be shown during the purchase process (for example, bank card, PayPal or other means). Payment will be processed through secure payment gateways external to the Seller.
Shipping and Delivery Times
Shipping day
Orders are shipped only on Wednesdays.
Orders confirmed and paid before Wednesday (inclusive) will be prepared for shipment that same Wednesday, whenever possible.
Orders placed after Wednesday will be shipped on the following Wednesday.
Estimated delivery time
Once the order has been handed over to the transport company, the delivery time will depend on the destination and the courier service. By way of example:
National shipments (mainland Spain): normally between 2 and 7 working days.
International shipments: the delivery time may be longer and will depend on the destination country and any customs procedures.
These indications are for guidance only and do not constitute a commitment to delivery on an exact date.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically and displayed before completing the purchase, based on the destination and shipping method.
Delivery address
The order will be sent to the address indicated by the buyer during the purchase process. In the event of absence or inability to deliver, the carrier will determine the procedure for a new attempt or collection at a pick-up point.
Products, Editions and Availability
Nature of the products
Many of the products offered (photographs, prints, limited editions, publications, etc.) may be numbered editions or limited runs. This information will be indicated, where applicable, on the product page.
Disponibilidad
En caso de que, tras la compra, un producto no esté disponible (por ejemplo, fin de existencias de una edición limitada), el Vendedor informará al comprador y podrá ofrecer:
a full refund of the amount paid, or
an alternative product with similar characteristics, if accepted by the buyer.
Right of Withdrawal and Returns
Note: This section is generic. Depending on the nature of the products (for example, customised works, print-on-demand items, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be limited by the applicable regulations.
Withdrawal (consumer buyers in the EU)
If the buyer acts as a consumer (a natural person purchasing the products for private, non-professional use) and the regulations of their country of residence recognise this right, they may have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of exceptions provided for by law (for example, clearly customised works, made-to-order runs, etc.).
Products excluded from withdrawal
The following, among others, are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
products made according to the consumer’s specifications or clearly customised,
products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If some of the products on the Website fall into these categories, this will be specified on the product page or in the order confirmation.
How to exercise the right of withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the Seller in writing (for example, by email), indicating the order number and the products to be returned. The buyer must return the products in perfect condition, in their original packaging where possible, to the address indicated by the Seller.
Return costs
Unless otherwise stated or unless the applicable law provides otherwise, the return costs shall be borne by the buyer.
Refund
Once the returned products have been received and checked, the Seller will proceed, within a reasonable period, to refund the amounts paid for the products, using the same means of payment used for the purchase, deducting, where applicable, any additional shipping costs if permitted by applicable law.
Damaged Products or Errors in the Order
If the buyer receives a product damaged during transport, or if any item is missing or the order is incorrect, they must inform the Seller within a reasonable period from receipt, attaching, where possible, photographs of the condition of the package and the product.
The Seller will assess the case and may offer:
replacement of the product (if stock is available),
a partial or full refund,
or another appropriate solution.
Intellectual Property
The works, photographs, images, texts and other content displayed or sold on the Website are protected by intellectual property laws and other corresponding rights.
The purchase of a work or product does not grant the buyer any right of reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation, unless expressly authorised in writing by the rights holder. Any unauthorised use of the images and other content is prohibited.
Liability
The Seller shall not be liable for failures or delays due to force majeure, incidents in transport companies, labour disputes, technical problems, interruptions in third-party services or any other circumstance beyond its reasonable control.
The Seller does not guarantee the permanent availability of the Website and may temporarily interrupt it for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.
Personal Data Protection
The personal data provided by the buyer during the purchase process will be processed in accordance with the Website’s Privacy Policy, available in the corresponding section.
The buyer must read and accept the Privacy Policy before providing personal data or completing a purchase.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Unless consumer protection regulations provide otherwise, these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute, and unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city corresponding to the Seller’s domicile, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may apply to the consumer according to their place of residence.
Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
The Seller may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
The conditions applicable to each purchase will be those in force at the time the order is placed and will be shown to the buyer during the purchase process.
