Depending on the nature of the products (for example, customised works, print-on-demand items, etc.), the right of withdrawal may be limited by the applicable regulations. <\/p><p data-start=\"4870\" data-end=\"5355\"><strong data-start=\"4875\" data-end=\"4928\">Withdrawal (consumer buyers in the EU)<\/strong><br data-start=\"4928\" data-end=\"4931\">If the buyer acts as a <strong data-start=\"4958\" data-end=\"4972\">consumer<\/strong> (a natural person purchasing the products for private, non-professional use) and the regulations of their country of residence recognise this right, they may have a period of <strong data-start=\"5135\" data-end=\"5156\">14 calendar days<\/strong> from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, except in cases of exceptions provided for by law (for example, clearly customised works, made-to-order runs, etc.).<\/p><p data-start=\"5357\" data-end=\"5482\"><strong data-start=\"5362\" data-end=\"5403\">Products excluded from withdrawal<\/strong><br data-start=\"5403\" data-end=\"5406\">The following, among others, are excluded from the right of withdrawal:<\/p><ul data-start=\"5483\" data-end=\"5668\"><li data-start=\"5483\" data-end=\"5573\"><p data-start=\"5485\" data-end=\"5573\">products made according to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly customised,<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"5574\" data-end=\"5668\"><p data-start=\"5576\" data-end=\"5668\">products which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"5670\" data-end=\"5808\">If some of the products on the Website fall into these categories, this will be specified on the product page or in the order confirmation.<\/p><p data-start=\"5810\" data-end=\"6183\"><strong data-start=\"5815\" data-end=\"5848\">How to exercise the right of withdrawal<\/strong><br data-start=\"5848\" data-end=\"5851\">To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must notify the Seller in writing (for example, by email), indicating the order number and the products to be returned.
