The group dissolves a year and a half later. \u00b7 <strong>1988<\/strong> Begins collaborating with the magazine <em>Ajoblanco<\/em>. \u00b7 <strong>1989<\/strong> Opens a black-and-white laboratory providing services to professional photographers, while continuing his own work as an author. \u00b7 <strong>1991<\/strong> Publishes the series \u201c<em><a title=\"A r\u00e1s de calle\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/category\/gallery\/anonymous-madrid\/a-ras-de-calle\/\">A pie de calle<\/a><\/em>\u201d in the press for the first time, in <em>El Mundo<\/em>\u2019s <em>Magazine Semanal<\/em>, with a text by Francisco Umbral. \u00b7 <strong>1993<\/strong> Holds his first solo exhibition in a commercial gallery, the result of his first trip to India. \u00b7 1994 Begins his collaboration with the monthly magazine El Europeo. He meets Bernard Plossu, with whom he establishes a strong professional and personal relationship.           \u00b7 <strong>1994<\/strong> First sale to a private collection: Gabriel Cuallad\u00f3. He frequents the studio of Javier Campano and Mauricio d\u2019Ors, with whom he publishes his first artist\u2019s book, \u201c<a title=\"Tarde de Toros\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/shop\/tarde-de-toros\/\">Tarde de Toros<\/a>\u201d. \u00b7 <strong>1997<\/strong> Bernard Plossu, his greatest mentor, proposes that he exhibit in France and Portugal. \u00b7 <strong>1998<\/strong> Produces his first audiovisual work for the presentation of the new headquarters of the publishing house La F\u00e1brica. \u00b7 1999 Publishes a volume in the PhotoBolsillo collection devoted to Madrid photographers. \u00b7 <strong>2001<\/strong> Second trip to India. Attends the Hindu festival Maha Kumbha Mela in <a title=\"Allahabad\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/category\/gallery\/places\/allahabad\/\">Allahabad<\/a>. Receives the Community of Madrid Photography Prize in its first edition. \u00b7 <strong>2003<\/strong> Appointed associate professor of photography at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cuenca (2003\u20132005). \u00b7 2005 Awarded the Endesa Photography Grant. \u00b7 2006 At the invitation of the Museo das Peregrinacions of Santiago de Compostela, exhibits and publishes his work on Benares. \u00b7 <strong>2007<\/strong> In connection with the Endesa Grant, decides to travel to <a title=\"Beijing\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/category\/gallery\/places\/beijing\/\">Beijing<\/a> (China) and begin a series on the capital and its people, prompted by the profound transformation anticipated ahead of the Olympic Games.            La Universidad de Valencia, together with Plossu, offers him the opportunity to produce a vision of the city, which is exhibited with a <a title=\"En Valencia\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/shop\/en-valencia\/\">catalogue<\/a> at the Col\u00b7legi Mayor Dr. Peset. \u00b7 2008 Invited to an artist residency by Galerie La Non Maison in Aix-en-Provence to produce a photographic report on the city of Marseille. \u00b7 2009 The Teruel Museum commissions him to produce the third volume of its editorial initiative Ideas de Arte, which is also exhibited. \u00b7 <strong>2010<\/strong> Travels to <a title=\"Beijing\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/category\/gallery\/places\/beijing\/\">Beijing<\/a> for the second time. Publishes a volume in the newly launched collection of contemporary Spanish photographers with Lunwerg. \u00b7 <strong>2011<\/strong> Opens the new gallery of the Man Ray School of Photography with an exhibition, accompanied by a <a title=\"Escatapartes\" href=\"https:\/\/luisbaylon.com\/en\/shop\/escatapartes\/\">catalogue<\/a>. \u00b7 2012 Third trip to Beijing. \u00b7 <strong>2013<\/strong> Second trip to India to attend the Hindu festival Maha Kumbha Mela.
